Complaint Details
I am a user of Eureka Forbes's Aqua Guard - Water Purifier from past 8months i.e from 04-11-2010. Although the product is still unparalleled in its category compare to other competitors. But unfortunately the service backup of the company is still very poor after serving the industry for so long.
I haven't received the bill(invoice) for the product purchased till now, though i've requested for the same several times.At the time of booking 2 representatives approached me for booking the same product and I've paid cash amount of 1000/- to one representative and the other representative Mr.Abhilash on receiving the full amount through cheque had promised me to bring the invoice as well as the cash given, yet no response has been generated from the company for the same.
The service too is very poor and proper action regarding the service of the product is not being taken since its purchase.
Our customer SAP code is 1007536429 which i have received from one of the service person .
