I purchased a RO system, Model - Acquagard Reviva in January 2011 at Amritsar. After being transferred to Mumbai, I requested them to install the same at my new residence at Navi Mumbai. Request No. 85260572 dated 02.08.2011. In addition to this request I have made 5-6 telephone calls. Their employees are only giving committments but no results. Because of their deliquencies I am forced to drink tap water for 4 days which may be hazardous to me and my family. Pathetic situation.
