Sir/Madam,
Despite requests,they are delivering the subscription package that i had availed in novemeber 2019. Out of 12 pckages they have delivered just 4 packages.Despite raising complaints on their app in the month of may,june and july , they have not taking any action to respond. I feel like they have cheated us by making undue promises
