Dear Sir,
I like to bring your kind notice that I have purchased a SAMSUNG Handset MODEL NO-(GT-C3222), IMEI (345268042371315) handset on dated 24-01-2011 from LAXMI MOBILES AND SERVICES, Bhubaneswar. Since 1st April 2011 the handset was auto charging and outgoing calls are temporarily stopped. There has been detected a defect name “Connecting to PC” in the handset. I handed over the handset to the service center, Cuttack on 16th April 2011 for replacement of the faulty handset but the service center denied for the replacement and said company does not cover the warranty for charging port damage and charged me Rs 500 and the same was paid on 23rd April 2011.Again the same defect was detected on 2nd July 2011 and I handed over the same handset to the Service Center, Cuttack on 7th July 2011 and requested the Service Head, Samsung for replacement of the faulty handset but he expressed his inability and the handset is still lying with the service center, Cuttack.
Under the above circumstances I request you to kindly consider ordering the Samsung Company to replace the faulty handset and refund me Rs 500 paid by me towards repairing for which I shall be grateful to you.
