Complaint Details
I purchased a bluetooth headset on 17/9/2019 at Croma store in Chennai. The soft covering of left side headphone opened wide exposing the sponge and unable to use the product due to discomfort as a result. I submitted the product through croma to JBL service centre for repair/ replacement as appropriate as the product is still under warranty for any manufacturing defect. THey are classing this as cosmetic damage and hence refusing to cover this under warranty. I enclose the pictures of the product with the sponge exposed, my email to JBL and their response along with copy of purchase receipt for your kind perusal.
