Dear Sir/Madam,

Plz be informed that as a consumer I had purchased the logistic services from Kuber Movers and Packers (Mr Brahmanand Pareek,Contact nos.8657370326,7620776339), the addressee vide receipt dated 7th July 2020 by paying an amount of Rs—50,000{Fifty Thousand}.

That due to my shifting to Darjeeling from Mumbai,I hired them to transport my all household goods and valuables .

That right from beginning while loading our things, their staffs were unprofessional.They came very late ,were not willing to give me receipt and list ,at my insistence handed me semi furnished list and receipt .As an evidence of the facts as what were being loaded,I captured all my things in camera during loading process.

That they charged for insurance but despite my demand ,didn't give me premium receipt or policy paper of insurance .I doubt if they got me insured.

That during transit my many valuable things were stolen and badly damaged(lists/pics/videos of same already given to them long back)

That they promised me the delivery of my things at my destination Darjeeling by 18th July but their cargo truck reached extraordinary late to my destination on 8th August, which caused me great deal of difficulty .They misconcealed and misrepresented all the things.

That when their truck reached ,as per their professional responsibilities,their staffs had to unload them but there was none to do it ...I ,my wife and my elder brother had to carry all my things on our back to my home .That caused us extreme pain.

That while unloading I found that many of my valuable things were missing on truck which I captured on video.They admitted the same and all their said are on record with me.

That they at threshold they misbehaved with me and my wife.They abused us when we apprised them of the theft and damage and of their gross negligence and unfair service.Later on they admitted the theft and damaged.

That, I had sent them in written regarding my grievances...I sent them the list/pics/videos of all my stolen and damaged things and requested them to compensate my very genuine monetary loss only that was of 85 thousand rupees but they and their company kept shirking their responsibility.

I also served them legal notice:of 15 days on 30th August 2020, which they acknowledged but did not take any remedial action.

Brahmanand Pareek is a habitual cheater who has cheated many people ...There are many aggrieved customers of his like me who have vented their nightmarish experience through him on various websites .I can produce many such evidences, if asked for.

Above said act on their part has caused me great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.

I therefore,request you to intervene and make them compensate me not only for my monetary loss but also for the mental trauma they have caused me and my family.
