Hi Prakash,

I want to highlight the issue i am facing from your Tikona service since last 5 months.

I requested to cancel my connection but I am facing below issues :

Customer care no: Not working
Email: No response inspite of multiple reminders

Today I got call from your executive stating my bill is pending and threat.

This is complete Fraud they charged 2800 rs wherein I am not using your service since last 4 mnths .

This is my reminder to you else I have to file fraud case against your company.

Kindly refund my money at the earliest and cancel my connection.
