Hi,
My booking id with easemytrip.com is EMT72958459, passenger name is Alvera Saleque.
PNR no. RP5KP7
I have been waiting for my refund for the past one month. I was promised the refund within 10 days numerous times but they have failed to do so. Everytime they give an excuse that the airlines has not given the refund yet. But I have been equally corresponding with Cathay Pacific airlines and they clearly stated that they have given the amount to them, kindly refer to this attachment for the prove of payment.
In my last call to easemytrip i was promised that my refund will be credited back to me within 24 hours and I have the recording of the same as well. However it has gone past 24 hours and now i am worried about my money. Easemytrip.com as an agent are not reliable nor trustworthy. My amount is 70,381/- and its not a small amount.
I want my refund as soon as possible but they do not seem to have any intention to do so at the earliest.
Also to inform you that all thier executives are not reliable and irresponsible, they seem to hang up on me in the middle of the conversation or sometimes they keep me on hold for more than half an hour, but being agitated and adamant I never hang up from my end. This is how they treat thier customers when they do not want to give them thier money.
After giving such effort just to get my money from them I had no other option to take this issue further to the consumer forum.
