Dear Sir,
I lodged complaint about the non functioning of my Aqua Guard on 1st August/2011 but till today the defect was not rectified due to which I suffered a lot to get my drinking water.I have my annual maintenance renewed on04/03/10 for three years.I think there is laxity in case of taki9ng care of the Customer.My contract receipt no is17439239. For last 5(five) days I am being harassed with a simple reply that I have no stock of transformer at present. I want the defects should be rectified within tomorrow.
