Complaint Details
I am 71 years old and am staying with my 65 year old wife in Chennai. In Oct 2010 we paid an advance of Rs. 500 for an Aquaguard Infiniti water purifier. This was followed up by a cheque payment of Rs. 8090. The item was delivered by a representative with the promise that he would return with the Warranty card, original payment receipt and working instructions. Till date no one has turned up from Eureka Forbes inspite of at least 25 reminders to the Helpline and Branch Manager. Complaint no: 84050215 was lodged on 18 Dec 10 and since nothing happened for over 96 hours a repeat complaint was lodged on 23 Dec 2010. Till date no one has turned up and we continue to struggle as we do not have the instructions for usage nor have we been taught how to use it. We are disappointed and desperate. Kindly help !!!!
