I had purchased the bond for Rs.17,500/- from Star Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd, Jaipur. The receipt no 515005542788 & the certificate no 87500733376 was issued on 23.02.2016. the money was promised to return with interest, but still not refunded, please find attached the bond copy, please help
