Complaint Details
Dear Sir, The company takes order online through their web site www.100bestbuy.com and promise to send Branded Items however on opening parcel cheap local items are being sent. The cost recovered is however is that of branded items. On making calls they donot respond.

In this connection i put across my ref no:11836 under which they placed demand for the I-Pod. They promised to despatch I-pod Oof Apple coy however the item sent is local made, not functioning , without micro memmory card, earphone broken. I requested them to please collect the items and send the money. However eversince my request they refused to even respond to my request. The individual is cheating public in the name of responsible citizen. The reputayion of the company can be ascertained from views given by many individual on the site. Large number of individual have been cheated but very few may have taken the step to BLACKLIST this company and the individual.
