Dear Sir/Madam,
my customer ID is 1007343670. There are some major concern in the product that i bought from Eureka forbes (Membrane is damaged - it comes under the warranty as mydate of purchase is 27/08/2010. I requested several times to the Eureka forbes customer care (080-39883333) but i got very bad response. During the time of sale, they promised many things but now they are not keeping their words.During the time of the Srvice their Technician misbehaved with my Family member.
