Hi,
I had cancelled a Zoomcar booking [booking Id: JPS6N59EO] on 11th July. The refund amount of INR 3368 is pending since then. Zoomcar policy mentions that refund are processed in 30 days, but it's been more than 4 months now and I haven't received refund. I haven't gotten any response from them when I tried to reach-out via mail or calls. I have also lodged a complain in consumer forum [Docket Number: 2160331] but haven't received any support.
