Bought a Classic water purifier on Sept 24th 2010. Since the 3rd Aug 2011, noticed white flakes in the water after passing through the filter.
Went online from their website address to register a Service Request on the 4th of Aug during the wee hours of the morning. Received their sms advising me that my Customer number was 1007 4083 69 & the Complaint Number was 6323 9739. When nothing happened that day, called on their Service Request number 3988 3333, was promised a service technician same day. till today, no help at all, and I am boiling water.
Meanwhile, I call 3988 3333 several times for the last three days, have been promised immediate help, and now it is past 6.00pm. Shall have to wait till Monday.
