Complaint Details
I had a rental car booking in Zoomcar, which was completed on 7th of September 2020. After which I was supposed to receive Rs. 6099 refund within 30 working days after the completion of the booking. Even after contacting the zoomcar support team multiple times through e-mails and calls, the refund is yet to be processed.
