I placed a return request for an item which i bought for 4999 and really does not justify the price. Now, the pickup guy says its used and dirty. Its a white clothing, and had a bit of discoloration already when i received. Its not at all dirty or used. If the discoloration is the fault of manufacturer, then why am i to blame for it? May be the product was with the seller in warehouse for years and got sold only recently, how am i to know the history.
This cheat fraud company Myntra, now wont pick up the product which is overly expensive piece of crappy material. Complaint number IN20120712311816475482 and now they will take 3 days to give me an update, but regarding what? U just cant sell to ur customers overpriced discolored stuffs and then not take it back while claiming to have no questions asked refund policy. Return id 4140243436
