Complaint Details
I had made 2 bookings with ZoomCar, one during early March and the other in the month of june. I had to cancel my first booking owing to COVID situation and I booked car during a sale period as they claimed zero cancellation charges. Another booking was completed successfully but I had my security deposit locked with them. As per their policy, the refund must be settled within 7 to 10 days. But it has been nearly 10 months and I am still waiting for my refund amounting to 12000/-
