Complaint Details
I had purchased a glass top 3 burner stove from fogger and it was delivered to me on 13/11/2020.
In the gas stove, the leftmost burner's knob is so tight that it is hard to engage and with addition to that there is a severe scent of gas leakage when operating that burner. The other two are fine and working well.
I am trying to contact the company by various means but it seems to have no response from their side and once a woman executive picked up the call and said that she will forward this to their service wing but nothing happened this now.
This is not a good customer service approach. I need a permanent solution for the above mentioned issue as the product is covered with warranty for the initial year.
Please take necessary actions to solve my issue as this is a serious matter as it is linked to gas stove which may lead to accidents.
