Ongoing issue since 2018.
Called Tikona customer care for Disconnection, Because moving to a new building and at my new address there is no permission to install tikona connection, customer care asked me to write an email.I wrote in the Email to disconnect my service . Still They did not disconnected my service.
They waited for the new month to start so they can bill me.
Till date I am getting calls, text and email to pay month bill of Rs 460.
I Didn't even use the service also requested for disconnection but still tikona is harassing customer for payment after Disconnection request.
