Complaint Details
I was ask to pay more money by rapido rider that too in cash . This is not the first time it happens with me in 2/3 rides . Riders even didn't cancelled the rides . So while cancelling I am charged cancellation fees. On talking with there support team . I get no reply to my query and my complaint gets automatically resolved .
