Complaint Details
I had booked a flight for my father (nirupam avasthi) & mother (kusum avasthi) from the travel agent MakeMyTrip with Booking ID NF29192282892800
PNR for the flight was KBV1RJ
The SpiceJet flight which was due to fly on 03/Nov/2020 was Cancelled by Airline (Spicejet).
The payment to Makemytrip was in 2 parts:
Rs 4132 (paid via HDFC card) = this is refunded.
Rs 5576 (paid via Credit Shell) = this is NOT REFUNDED.

I have also written to MMT over email (complaint Reference No. 121202368732952960) and was informed by MakeMyTrip that they have asked to the Airline to reverse the amount from credit shell (Rs 5576) to Cash which they would refund to me directly within 15 days (i.e. 28th-Nov-2020).

They have NOT YET Refunded the amount. I spoke to the Airline (SpiceJet) and they are saying they have refunded the credit-shell amount to MMT. In the meantime, MakeMyTrip has closed my support ticket and is NOT responding to my queries either thru phone or social media (Twitter).

They are Cheats!
