On 28/11/2020
I requested for foreclosure of my loan account but after 18 days are over but still not a single response from Fullerton.
When I visited to the kanpur branch there is no staff who takes responsibility to resolve my problem
Repeatedly same answer all time (mail to namste@fullertonindia.com) then I mailed them almost 100 time but not a single response from Fullerton india.
Same pathetic condition of helpline number(+91-1800-103-6001) never picked by helpline employees.
Please resolve my request
