Complaint Details
Car associated with zap subscirption/zap associates during May'18 and vehicle met with an accident during zoom booking customer in Sept'19. till now vehicle is not returned or no status of vehicle from the zoom cars. Also as per the agreement maintenance amount has to be paid to hte associates until the vehicle in maintenance is also not cleared by zap team. I'm paying monthly EMI to the bank loan purchased vehicle and attached to zoom. Need high action to resolve the case.
