I had applied to opt for your wifi service. I had paid the amount because their representative committed that they will install it by tomorrow (Tuesday, 15 Dec 2020) itself.
As of now, no action has been taken, and every time I call only one response I get that it shall be done by tomorrow. But the fact is their tomorrow never comes.
This is the worst experience I have received from any service provider.
I needed this wifi connection badly for my exams which shall end by 17 Dec 2020. These guys could not provide it at that time I just don't need it further.
Now they are saying that they need time to refund. What is the time they need, when did not took time to pay them
Terrible service ever experienced.
