This isto bring to your attention that I am not receiving internet connectivity as you promised to give me 15 Mbps when I subscribed the service.
I am from Meerut and tried to reach lot of time here with technical team to help me out.
One of the repsentative has visited to my place but couldn't help me. He mentioned that there is some issue with site but nothing has been resolved as of now.
I am working professional and having so much trouble while working due to no connectivity.
No response has been received from my service request.

The technical support team in meeerut is fucked up.
I need a solution on this by tomorrow.
I have never expected such dissatisfied services from tikona. It's just been two months since i subscribe the services.
