Complaint Details
I had done a booking on 10th April 2020, booking id: JPS6N1KNT
The booking amount was 32949 INR.
However, due to lockdown, I had to cancel the booking.
I cancelled the booking on 16th April 2020 and since then I am struggling to get back my money.
After deducting the cancellation fee i.e. 200 INR I should get 32749 INR.
I am attaching the invoice, email chain and the booking confirmation. Please take a look.
