Complaint Details
I have booked a self drive using zoom car. The booking period is from 12th Nov 2020 to 13th Nov 2020. The booking includes fuel for my trip. They provided a vehicle without sufficient fuel and I refuelled it for my trip (Rs 3416). Post completion of the trip I uploaded the fuel receipt and they approved a full refund. However they did not credit my refund even after a month (their termns and conditions says that the processing time for refund is 30 days). I have attached the booking details and refund status for your reference
