I took a connection for work from home on 17 October.I took a plan of three months 40 mbps for which I paid 3800 in advance.After my work started from 12 November i started facing frequent disconnection and slow speed plus fluctuations.I have registered numerous complaints and talked to a number of Associates at leat 20 ccs and all told me that they will provide a resolution this kept on going for about 1 month. There were a number of engineer visits as well in which the engineer told me that I have done my all in the situation and now the company will provide you with a resolution I cannot do anything in this case. I told them that please provide me this connection with refund because you are not providing any resolution and I am facing the same issue from last one month.On 17 December I received an email that they have processed disconnection but I wasn't informed about my refund for the remaining months,so I called them again and now they are telling me that they won't refund me.So I paid in advance for three months that is 3800 and used the connection only for two months and for the month of November that Associates stretched the month telling me to wait so that they can provide a resolution now they are telling me that they won't refund my left over amount also for the remaining month and telling this is against our policy.Shouldn't I get at least the refund for the remaining month which I haven't even used.
