Complaint Details
Our's is a redevelopment project in oshiwara Mumbai.Our old bldgs were demolished in May 2010 and construction of new structures have commenced.There are several issues still pending to be resolved as per the redevelopment Agreement including payments of outstandings on behalf of Society and lately a new Breach of Trust has come to our knowledge which amounts to cheating with members without their knowledge involving in Fraudulent activity to gain maximum benefit in the project at the cost of innocent members who trusted Shreedham Builders. Therefore it can be termed as "Deficiency in Services under Section 2(1)(g)" which amounts to criminal breach of trust and Cheating.
