Respective Sir/Madam,

This is inform you that I wad taken micro loan from flexy money apps. During repayment I was lost my mobile and don't have application.

Is there overdue ill got call from executive to clear soon. I request sometime but he create and urgency to say me you will do right now ill waive off your penalty and do payment by googlepay or phone pe but this guys not updated later I call from application he said paid your 600 penalty ill close.
Ill do him payment rs 600.
He also not updated.
Later ill called 1st guy to close he said pay 600 penalty to me ill close.
I paid him 600 rs.
Still I got the calls and they charged me late fee. Payment are not updated still. I already paid more than loan amount and informed them please check and close. But no response. They said please pay and close. Why should I pay if ill paid already theirs amount.

Please help me as there only one loan record.
