Dear Sir/mam,

Due to covid19 I opt for moratorium 6 month bank give me 5 month
morotorium. I am liable to pay 3% on EMI as per RBI circular to bank.Bank Increase my EMI as per RBI circular Interest on Interest i have no objection on this charges.but bank charges me Installment dishonoured charges 750 on every morotorium month. if i paying 3% extra on every Installment. why bank charges me 750RS on every moratorium month.This is totally unfair.
My point is
1) Why Bank not notified me sir you have to pay 750 as per bank policy.
2) why bank not consider my request morotorium of august month.
As per RBI Circular.
Banks reponsiblity is need to verify health and salary condition of consumer.
