Complaint Details
I have applied for the PMAY benefits through L&T housing finance company from where have taken home loan and the amount as requested by Hooblal Yadav Area Manager of L&T company have transferred online through my bank and the process for the same was done in October month and till date L&T team was just saying your request for PMAY benefits is under process wherein the the application details will be received in 1 months like how it's been 3 months now than I thought of visiting L&T office wherein they have informed me that PMAY benefits they have closed in September 2020 only so why they committed wrongly and taken money and make us believe that request is under process and benefits will be provided.

As they have taken the PMAY registration fees from our Loan amount and done the process wherein as they mentioned now it was closed in September only so why the commitment was done and we were kept in wrong impression of getting the benefits.

Now I want my total compensation regards to PMAY benefits as informed at the time of loan procedure which was around more than 3 lakhs.

Also as informed to L&T team to share the denial reason on my email for my reference they are not even Sharing the same and playing passing the passer.

And today when visited in person to their office so they have said that it was closed and they haven't processed for PMAY.
