Complaint Details
Poorvika mobiles 4th Main road Nanganallur, they give iceing welcome once you enter shop for new purchase but when it comes to after sale enquiry, you will not even be given attention.
I purchased blue tooth head set worth 2400 in the month of October 2020 with 18 months replacement warranty in shop. Last week my hands free was not working properly checked by connecting other devices also, nothing worked. So visited Poorvika to replace the same along with kit and original bills on 1st Jan 2021.
Shop was having floating crowd and once I said the issue after welcoming they took 20min to assign a person to reexplain my problem.
(The same sales person from whom I bought head set 2 months back)
He understood the problem and asked me to check with manager.
The shop manager was so rude and he was not even ready to listen my problem he simply ignored me stating 3 days, back office is holiday and he asked me to come on Monday.
( while purchasing i was promised to replace the device if fault in 10min). But understanding the new year business I decided to visit again on Monday and went today for replacement.
This time directly with manager, I gave the device and bill along with box but he was not even ready to stand from his chair and was seeing video in his mobile. After asking twice he replied stating today service request rising person is on leave and he asked me to come again tomorrow. I was like wtf they are thinking of customers?
I could see many people visit poorvika compared to online market because of trust worthiness. But they should not take this as an advantage and this type of such behaviour gives customer negative impression. also visited Tuesday evening by 8.30 PM still the manager showed is attitude and he says, "you made a complaint" so we cant help you have to wait until the replacement product comes.
