Complaint Details
I have never received satisfactory services from them. Now when i have upgraded my plan to have better service from them they have started providing pathetic service. Nothing is working. Every now and then i have to raise a complain. Their customer care is pathetic, they are all illiterate people who don’t know anything apart from assigning engineers at home. Those engineers without visiting my place, close the complain saying everything is working fine. I am really tired now and need my money back. Please help
