Complaint Details
The item was returned to Ajio. But their pick up person did not return it to the warehouse. I have provided proof of his picture and contact details from the app that allows them entry to our complex. Despite calling them umpteen times and writing to them, they are still not refunding
The item was returned on 4th Dec. Have been following up and even provided telephonic conversation recordings where the customer care have accepted that the item has been recd but at another warehouse
Each time we are being given different reasons
