Dear Sir,
I have not been issued Debit card by BOB including my family members A/c also but I have been charged Debit card Fees by the bank. When asked they say it is as per the process of RBI and there is no one to listen to the issues we are facing with BOB
Request you to help us get our hard earned money back from BOB
