Complaint Details
I placed an order on Ajio on 9th December 2020.
I paid an amount of 1,105.00. However, after the successful payment, the order didn't show in my orders.
I raised the issue with support and they issued me a complaint id COM00016257433.
The support said they will resolve the issue in a week. I wait a week and nothing happened.
I contacted support and again they issued me a new compliant number COM00016439967 on 19th December 2020.
Again I wait for 15 days and no response from them. Also in my account, I see my order canceled and my money hadn't been refunded.
Now they have again issued me a new complaint id COM00016904237.
Every time they issue a new complaint id and not doing anything about my refund.
I have tried to contact them through email and Twitter. However, no satisfactory reply from their side.

I have once tweeted on their Twitter account. However, the issue is still not resolved.
