Complaint Details
I have raised a query to airtel company regards to pack validity issue that is I have previously Recharge with a pack of 370 on 12th October 2020 for which my validity was for 84 days wherein it was ending on 3rd January 2021 and the same day I have recharged with 598 pack for which the validity was of 84 days and the pack should be started once the existing pack end that was ending on 3rd Jan 2021 and new pack should be started from 4th Jan 2021 but instead of that they have started the pack validity from 3rd Jan 2021 and now pack validity end shows as 27th March 2021 instead of that it should be 28th March 2021 as my pack start date should be 4th Jan 2021.
Also after raising the issue to the airtel customer support team they are just saying that you have mailed from unregistered email id but i have registered my email Id through their airtel thanks app for which I have recieved an email from them to verify the same and now in app also it was showing as verified but these people are not ready to listen and when called up on customer support number I have been said that we don't hve access to check all these and they have just said me my pack validity that's it.
I am not getting any proper revert from these airtel support people and they are not ready to listen and I am in continuous followup on mail with these people but they are not ready to listen and mentally harrassing the customer without providing any propert revert to my query.
I want all off the compensation for which they have make me go merry go round and round and not even resolving my query.
