I have only received 7074 as refund.
Ideally, the the refund amount should be :

Amount received from the airline
minus
Convinience charges for the three passengers

i.e.
= 11415 -295×3
=10530

Additional refund amount couldn't be processed due to some technical/operational glitches at airlines/banks & at EASE MY TRIP end
