Dear sir, I have booked a return flight from Mumbai to Imphal and back from Easemytrip travel agent online vide PNR JTLLC and JTLM4. The flights were cancelled by the airlines due to the ongoing pandemic. The travel date was 18 Jul 20 and back on 16 Aug 20. I have contact both the airindia and easemytrip multiple times but still I don't recieve my refund. When I contact travel agent i.e. Easemytrip they told me we have raised the refund advice and when I contact airlines i.e. Airindia they told we don't recieved any request from the travel agent. Now I have doubt that whether I'll recieved my refund amount or not and who is responsible for the case and where the case is pending with.
