Complaint Details
During Covid had booked a ticket to Mangalore in March'20, however due to the lockdown one was unable to fly . Had rescheduled the ticket to Dec 2020, however was unable to travel still. I cancelled the ticket by directly calling Indigo (almost a month in advance), as it was a fully refundable ticket thus Indigo refunded 7120Rs. However as the booking was done through Make my trip I received Zero Refund for this PNR# EG84GC.I am surprised at what Make My Trip has done with my refund and to top it all they are not even reverting . Only revert received was as standard reply to use their chat function on their APP, which is nothing but an automated response.
