Hello Sir,
This is in regards to the refund not issued for air ticket which was cancelled by Go Air airlines due to lockdown cam in effect. Flight was scheduled for 23/03/2020. As the flight was cancelled to airlines, they issued refund to booking portal easemytip.com in the month of October'20 but easemytrip didnt informed me back that they have received the refund from airline and I can claim the same from easemytrip website. As airlines and easemytrip both didnt informed me about the refund, I was under impression that my PNR can be used to book another ticket as per the airlines policy.

When I called airlines to book another ticket in the month of Jan'21, they informed me that they have already issued refund to easemytrip in the month of October'20.

I then called easemytrip to enquire the same and they confirmed it and asked to cancel the ticket from easemytrip.com and apply for refund which I did using the booking id. (Also, to note that I'm not a registered user on easemytrip.com and booked the ticket as a guest user.) Same day I recevied the whatsapp msg. from them stating that the transaction was more than 6months old and due to payment gateway restrictions they can't transfer the refund amount to corresponding mode of payment and refund was made on emt wallet.

1) Fraud- a) Go Airlines refunded the amount for a cancelled ticket in the month of October'20 but I was not informed till the time I approached in the month of Jan'21. (b) Transferring the refund amount to EMT wallet when I'm not the registered user and don't have my EMT wallet as I booked the ticket as a guest user.
2) Mental Harassment- For chasing you people from more than a week and pressurising to register myself which makes no sense and not resolving the issue faster.

I have asked them to refund the amount to my alt. bank account as they asked for the bank details but not yet tranferred it.

It has been more than 10 days Im chasing them but no resolution yet.
