My name is Siddharth Sasmal. My mobile no. is 9711135557. On 29th Jan 2021 at around 2pm, I recharged on number 9647813065, which has been just ported from vodafone to airtel few days ago. Unknowingly, i recharged on that number of Rs. 598, through airtel website through netbanking, for which money was deducted from my account but neither the message for 'Recharge Success', came on the mobile till now, nor the money was refunded. Please look into it , this is a serious issue.
