Brought TCL 55"LED with 3yrs warranty and my under warranty set lost its display in december last year for which i raised a complaint, tcl sent a replacement dsplay which was also faulty ans since dec2020 i m sitting with a LED which is not working at all, last month tcl said that they will replace the LED and after a month and continues folowup with them i received a mail from service center yesterday that the replacement LED they sent is damaged. TCL is just making a fool out of their customers and wasting my warranty days and not providing any assistance at all. I want to raise this issue and justice.
