My name is Karan Singh and I am your Kotak Mahindra Prime pvt ltd customer since 2014 My Previous car BMW 3 series (DL 13C 2400) was financed by kmpl loan ac no. was ( 05/04/19 ACH D- KKBK0000172-RC4-37291396-PC4-3762 0000008752795677 05/04/19 34,965.00 ) with no bounce of any ecs and any other reasons and I got NOC . Now as per the good experience with kmpl I decided to finance my 2nd car BMW 5series with car no. DL1CQ 5838 loan no. (CF17738810), as per the requirement I submitted all the documents to the executive i financed my car. This time kmpl people made my life hell like anything...... Now i will explain what all happened with me after taking loan from you.......
I was surprised as in the month of February there was no deduction of my loan emi on 5th and 15th Feb. Then I called the same person who sanctioned my loan Vinay(has dsa in Lajpat nagar) told about the no deduction of emi. He assured me that he will talk to the bank and will let me know and asked me to pay emi before 29th feb 2020 manually transferring in one of the kmpl accounts he sent to me that time(Name - Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd

Now what happened I was on business tour in Lucknow, on 12-13 March 2020 I received a call from my parents and said 4 boys are there and asking for the bounced emi payment and scolding them and were saying ägar aukat nahi hai to badi gaadi kharidte kyu ho" I have good reputation in my family and my colony ,my parents are unschooled, I earned each and everything by my own you people spoiled my image and kmpl people have my official address also they can come there or could have make call to me also. Then I spoke to one of the people who came from kmpl and I shouted badly at them and I asked them to show me the bouncing of the emi report and there was a very heated and abusive discussion due to unnecessary visits to my parents and insulting them. I was very hyper i lost my control and said whatever came in my mouth because the first time someone came blaming me for the false -bounce of emi. Then I asked your team to come on 17-18 of march and get the things resolved. Then after I came to know from Vinay (dsa person) said they have lost ecs form from kmpl people and asked me to sign the form again. Then i gave time to them to come on 17-18 march but nobody called and came then again i asked kmpl people again to come on 20th of march again nobody came. Then you all know by 21th of march there was an announcement by Hon'ble Prime Minister about the lockdown in India.
Now unlockdown phase had started, meanwhile march, April and may were the moratorium time period given by government, now unlockdown started one of the person called and again asked for the emi then i asked that person to sign ecs form first as i cannot keep in my mind every month and date to transfer the emi payment it would be better to let the auto deduct the payment from the ac as it was deducting at the time of last time loan. One of your executives who was contacted, told due to covid19 bank is not doing any public dealing in the bank so he sent a link to start ecs though click on link and activate ecs. but when i clicked the link it was expired. In the month of august on 19th, Mr. Himanshu and one other person again visited my home address and repeated the same as done earlier in the month of march....they again misbehaved with my parents. Then I asked Mr. Himanshu to visit my office. Again i requested him to signed the ecs and let the payment deduct from my bank, Then he suggested me not to make the payment in a one go of pending emi's and said to make the manual payment month by month and the pending emi's will be added in the tenurity of loan...i.e if my loan is pf 48 month it will be 53 months and extra charges will be waived off in last. Then from the month of august i started paying emi before 31st of every month. You may also check my record if I am wrong.

There was an incident on 29th nov. 2020, I was coming with my family from mehndipur balaji, i crossed one sawar (place name near bharatpur rajasthan) toll .....there were 7-8 boys covered my car and they had my all the details...i.e. my name, my address and loan from kotak and not paid emi's etc. and asked me to come out from the car, my family and me were so scared...as i ran my car they were chasing me from two other cars then i had to stop my car there. Now they were claiming to pay the remaining emi's then and there only or else pay 50k and then they will let us go. I requested them, already I am paying emi every month but they were not ready to listen a single word and forced us to come to their office and it was kind of kidnapping. One of my family friend was with me, they asked him to sit in their car and asked us to go to their office. I was so scared, I called Himashu from kotak several times but finally he also stopped taking my calls. Now finally i called 100 there in sawar and told them the situation they asked not to go anywhere and after 5-7 km there is a police station of sawar and stop car there. I did the same. They were threatening me in the police station also. Then I gave a written complaint to the SHO saab of sawar then they people were behind the lock up. Then we could come from there.
After reaching Delhi, I decided to meet with Mr. Himanshu and called him to come to the office and have a word with me. But he did not come. Some day I received a call from my office staff and said Himanshu came with one of the people named Ajay and was shouting in the office and misbehaving with my staff. I asked them to come after 2-3 days because I was out of station.
Now on 25th of January 5 people with one policeman came to my office and said will take my car back or else pay all emis, That person name was Ajay....he was very rude and said he has order from court and permission from police station to take my car back. I asked him to take 1.5 lakh now and rest can take pdc of feb 2nd or 3rd. But he snatched key from my servant who was cleaning the car and said if you will not let me take the car back then he will call crane and would take my car. I asked him to show court orders and my account statement and police orders. But he denied to show anything and was becoming a gunda in my office. He called around 20 policemen in my office and made that office as a cantonment. Then I was feeling so ashamed without my single mistake. I asked him to give me my balance payment information. He said balance payment is 286000. I transferred 1.75 the same moment and gave a cheque of rs 110000 same day. And I asked him to sign ecs form there only so that I would not be in trouble again. When i checked my account there were 6 emi pending on me again i paid rs.44032 on 30th of jan. I called the person who took the cheque and asked him to come and clarify with the actual amount to pay and not to submit the cheque but there was no response and said cheque has been deposited. I gave cheque on 25th January and 26 January was a gazette holiday, then how cheque can be deposited.

I requested a customer care person to make me talk with the higher authority but nobody transferred my call then I requested them not to submit my cheque until the issue did not get resolved.
I learnt with kmpl how to get tortured and insulted without our mistake. I have two more cars ertiga from hdfc and yes bank. I can send you a report even if a single emi is not dishonored. But bank people, recovery people and police came to my office and insulted me without my mistake who is responsible sir/mam. Please if possible i want an answer. And again and again i request you to ask sign ecs so that i should not be insulted without my mistake.
