As per the government guidlines, I am supposed to get my full refund amount due to cancelled of the flight during lockdown period
It was confirmed on 17th december and received an email also the it has been processed but received only partial amount
For partial amount also received an email that the amount of rs 5160 has been processed but till now it has not been credited into my account.
I have been following since two months but no satisfactory response and everytime their customer representative say to wait for 2-3 days.since two months this story is going on. After that i called to their CEO but without listening anything he just asked me to drop a mail..even he also not responded.
They should fined for cheating the customer.
They ate my money like me several people he ate customers money and became rich..
Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest and they should pay me with intereset and penalty..
