The customer is selling used products online and cheating customers. When you call them the phone is switched off. Many people want to return their products. They also have another name as NEUVE FRANCHISE. The advertisement is also of another company called Cabinet Caddy sold on Amazon. They are selling on FACEBOOK and people are being cheated. The Customer Care number is not working. They are selling many products whose prices are high. their website shows fake products. www.thelavender.in and they are looting many people. They are also accepting bulk orders. Can you please check on these people. They are asking customers to purchase in bulk and sending them second hand used products in a cardboard box and charging huge amounts on them. Once the delivery is done, their mobiles are switched off. Please check this issue as there are many people being looted everyday. If not checked the issue will escalate further which will be an inconvenience to all people and to authorities. Kindly please dig into the matter at the earliest and put a stop on this issue once and for all.
