The product claims that the Crossbeats Pebble! Superior audio output and enhanced microphone makes every audio call as real as live. Dual microphones strategically placed will grasp audio output as real as talking over a phone in an enclosed space. HOWEVER, upon using the product there is issue during voice calls, the person on the other end is unable to hear properly. I have raised this with the support team at Pebble Crossbeats and they have replied that they do not have a return policy for the product unless there is a manufacturing defect.
