i mr ratnsinha had booked Russian tour package from veena world on 29/4/20 but as due to covid pandemic the all tours were cancelled
so we were ok with that but then as some travel restrictions were eased we wanted to visit the other coutry and were told that tht amount can be used but now when we tried to bbok they said u can not use that amount
am attaching the receipt
